Return Conditions
There are few conditions which the returning products must fulfil, which are that items must be in original packaging, unused, and include all tags or accessories to fulfil the return requirements. The items with damage, showing wear, or missing components may not be accepted. The process of returns should be started within 30 days of delivery to ensure smooth and hassle-free processing under Zapcart.eu’s return and refund policy.

Return Address
The eligible returning goods will be collected by our courier or you will send it to our official return address as per the instructions of our support team, whatever they suggest to you. Please contact us before shipping any product back to confirm the correct address and ensure your return is properly tracked and processed without delay.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
There are some items which cannot be returned, such as hygiene products, personalized goods, digital downloads and perishable items, for customization and safety reasons. Faulty or Damaged Items
When you found that reached goods to you are faulty or damaged, please immediately contact us with photos, videos and order details. We will immediately arrange a replacement or provide you refund after inspection of that damaged product. You have keen concern to customer satisfaction and it is our top priority, and we handle all faulty product claims quickly and fairly with no hassles.

Refund Process
When you will send and we will receive and inspect your returned items, your refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using your original payment method, normally it reaches in around 2-3 business days. When we will process refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us once your refund is issued and processed. The processing times may vary slightly, which depends on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping Costs
All returns are free and customers are not responsible for return shipping costs and zapcart.eu will bear this cost including the items which are damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We always provide and use tracked postal service for faster and safer delivery and returns.

Exchanges
We can comfortably exchange items which are of equal value and if it is available in stock. You can check yourself from our store front yourself or can contact our support team to confirm availability before deciding to return and exchange your product. When we will receive your original item, we will process your exchange immediately and will be shipped quickly.

Cancellations Before Dispatch
When you decide to cancel your order and your order has not been shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting customer service immediately and we will process accordingly. The orders which are already processed for shipping cannot be canceled if those left the premises but can still be returned after delivered according to Zapcart.eu’s standard return and refund policy.

When your request will be will be reviewed by support team, you will receive detailed instructions and a return authorization before sending or handing over your package back to the Zapcart.eu returns center or to courier.
